How fast are orders processed?
We typically ship orders 24-48 hours after orders have been received. Orders placed on the weekend or during a holiday will be processed and shipped out the following week. We will do our best to process and ship 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver orders the same business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International Shipments may be subject to duties, taxes and any other fees levied by your country, province or carrier. Unless specifically exempted, the customer will be responsible for these fees upon delivery.
Can my order be gift wrapped or include a gift note?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping at this time, however if you'd like to have a gift note printed on the packing list, please reply to your order confirmation e-mail or call 866-267-6787 and have your order number handy. No prices or billing info are shown on our packing lists, so be sure to include your name in the gift message.
What if an item I ordered is out of stock?
Any items that become out of stock between the time your order is placed and ready to ship will be cancelled - there are no backorders for out of stock merchandise.
Why does my item look different from the picture on the store?
While we strive for accuracy in the images on our site there will be some variation because each piece is hand enameled/hand set with crystals/stones. There are also color variations in computer monitors and operating systems that cannot be anticipated.
A note about engraveable items
Some of our items can be engraved or acid-etched (glass flutes) - we've noted those items in the description but it is not considered an exhaustive list. Other items may be engraveable. This is not a service that we provide. Please note that items that have been engraved are not eligible for replacement, exchanges or refunds.
